Got a craving for apple pie? Want to try a new twist on an old favorite for Thanksgiving? Look no further than this delightfully easy recipe. All the taste of traditional apple pie, but MUCH less work!

You will need:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed in refrigerator
- 1 large apple, sliced thin
- 6 Tbsp clover honey
- 1 egg
- 1/2 Tbsp water
- cinnamon or caramel sauce for topping (optional)

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Unfold puff pastry on work surface. Slice into 6 rectangles.
- Line a baking sheet w/ parchment paper. Drizzle 6 spots of 1 honey- 1 Tbsp each- onto parchment paper, 1 for each pastry rectangle.
- Top each spot of honey with 5-6 slices of apple.
- Place a rectangle of puff pastry on top of each apple slice cluster. Press the edges down to seal.

- In a small dish, whisk egg with water. Brush each rectangle with egg wash.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Serve with a dusting of cinnamon, powdered sugar, or a drizzle of our delicious Easy Honey Caramel Sauce
