Cold & Flu Bombs

January 15, 2026Lindsey Bennett

The flu is hitting many people hard this year, so it’s a good time for a little comfort. These cold and flu “bombs” are easy to make from everyday ingredients commonly used to soothe sore throats and support hydration. You can take them as quick shots or add them to hot water or tea for a warm, soothing drink.
