I have been using this honey to treat allergies I get every year on an off-road trip in central/ northern Utah in July. Started eating a small spoonful last year in June and it helped a lot! When I got home from the trip, I just kept eating a spoonful every day and I have not had any allergy or sinus issues since! May not work for all but it does for me! You can’t beat the taste too!
