About Clover Honey

Our American Clover honey is known for its pleasingly mild, sweet taste with floral notes. It has a clean, light flavor profile that is delicately fruity, sometimes with hints of vanilla and cinnamon. This makes it a versatile honey, popular for its ability to complement rather than overpower other flavors. Its subtle sweetness and smooth consistency make it a favorite for both sweetening beverages and as a spread.

This honey has been packaged in a quart jar containing at least 3 lbs. of honey. Each jar is weighed to ensure that you get everything that you pay for and usually a little more.  

Clovers are the most popular honey plants in the United States. White clover, alsike clover, and the white and yellow sweet clover plants are the most important for honey production. Depending on location and source, Clover honey varies in color from water-white to extra light amber and has a mild, delicate flavor.   

Because of its prolific contributions to honey production, it is among the most widely recognized of the honey varieties.  People typically identify clover honey as the honey commonly found on grocery store shelves.

Our classic clover honey is among the best in the United States and is of the finest quality.  We gently warm our honey to make it pour-able but not completely liquid.  So, unlike the typical honey you find in the grocery stores our honey is considered raw and meets all the requirements mandated by the State of Utah to be labeled as such.  Our honey will crystallize and typically does so with a smooth creamy consistency.  This is not whipped or creamed honey.  This is just naturally crystallizing pure raw honey.

Always thought honey was just honey, but after sampling your product,WOW!, was I wrong! Obviously there's a very big difference from store bought honey products to so called "all natural" items, but your product is far above all that! What a great tasting jar of honey yours is!! Thank you! Wife sort of frowns on me when I stick a spoon into the jar for my daily dose,so I'm glad I bought those honey sticks in the package, makes me look a bit "civilized"! Ha,Ha!
