Whipped Vanilla Honey

Total time: 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup crystallized Honey 
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add honey and vanilla to a stand mixer bowl. Use a wire beater. Start whipping at low speed and gradually increase. Whip for about 20 minutes or until the honey is a light, creamy white/beige color and has increased in volume. You want all the crystallized honey to be creamy and smooth, and all the "honey grit" to be gone.
  2. Once done, pour into clean, sterilized mason jars and store them in a cool place. Use as you would regular honey, or bottle and gift for the holidays.
