We've got a surprise today! We're bringing you not one, but TWO variations on an old classic: baked beans! We're calling the first one Crowd Pleaser. This is a classic baked bean flavor that the whole group will like. The second option is called Sweet N Sassy. This is the one you reach for when classic just isn't enough, when it needs an extra little something, when you're ready to change it up! Both of these are absolutely delicious! We couldn't decide which one to share, so you get both!

YOU WILL NEED:
Crowd Pleaser:
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1/4 c chopped shallots
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 3 cans white Navy beans
- 1/2 c clover honey
- 1/2 c ketchup
- 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp hot sauce (I used Cholula)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Sweet N Sassy:
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1/4 c chopped shallots
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 3 cans white Navy beans
- 1/2 c clover honey
- 6 Tbsp chopped roasted red pepper (from a jar)
- 4 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
**The instructions for these two variations are exactly the same. The only difference is the ingredients in "all other ingredients".
Preheat over to 350°F. Cooked chopped bacon and shallots in a skillet over medium heat until shallot is soft and bacon is cooked. Add minced garlic and cook 1 more minute.

Spray 2-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Move the mixture to dish, then stir in all other ingredients.
Option 1: Option 2:
Cover baking dish tightly with foil.
Bake for 30 minutes, then take off foil and bake 30 additional minutes, until sauce is thick and bubbly.
Enjoy!
