Honey FroYo Freeze Pops

These hot summer days need a cold treat, and we've got the perfect recipe for that! This easy recipe only requires a few simple ingredients. It can also be easily adapted to your taste by changing which fruit you use. Want something sweeter? Try strawberries. More tart? Maybe raspberries are more your speed. They will all work.

Bowl filled with baggies of purple freeze pops

YOU WILL NEED:

  • 2 c whole fat yogurt
  • 1/2 c clover honey
  • 2 c frozen fruit (I used blueberries)
  • freeze pop zip top bags OR popsicle molds

Instructions

Pour yogurt and honey into food processor. Blend until smooth. Add frozen fruit and pulse until desired consistency. I allowed it to be just a little bit chunky.

Using a small ladle, scoop mixture through a small funnel into freeze pop sip top bags. Frees for 6-8 hours. You may use popsicle molds instead of freeze pop bags if desired.

Enjoy!
