About Wildflower Honey

Our wildflower honey is a poly-floral variety, meaning that many types of nectar were collected by the bees to create it.  Although the taste, aroma, and flavor will vary from season-to-season and hive-to-hive wildflower honey is typically darker and more robust than its clover cousin.  We carefully collect and bottle this honey to ensure the natural pollen and unfiltered flavor remain.

Our American Orange Blossom honey is celebrated for its delightful, citrusy flavor with subtle floral undertones. This honey has been packaged in 12 oz jars, each containing at least 12 oz of honey. Each jar is weighed to ensure that you get everything that you pay for and usually a little more.  

Our honey is among the best in the United States and is of the finest quality.  We gently warm our honey to make it pour-able but not completely liquid.  So, unlike the typical honey you find in the grocery stores our honey is considered raw and meets all the requirements mandated by the State of Utah to be labeled as such.  Our honey will crystallize and typically does so with a smooth creamy consistency.  This is not whipped or creamed honey.  This is just naturally crystallizing pure raw honey.
