STORAGE AND CARE TIPS

• Raw honey will crystallized over time. So if your honey starts to turn solid, that's a good sign. It means it's pure and unadulterated.
  
  • You can easily reverse this by putting your closed jar of honey in a warm water bath. Just be sure to keep the water line below the lid.
• Doesn't spoil - As long as honey is kept sealed and dry, it won't spoil. Archaeologists have even found honey in ancient tombs that is still good!
  
• Store in room temperature for best results. 
• Do not feed honey to children under 1 year old

About Wildflower Honey

Our wildflower honey is a poly-floral variety, meaning that many types of nectar were collected by the bees to create it.  Although the taste, aroma, and flavor will vary from season-to-season and hive-to-hive wildflower honey is typically darker and more robust than its clover cousin.  We carefully bottle this honey to ensure the natural pollen and unfiltered flavor remain.

About Light Wildflower Honey

Lighter than our original Utah Wildflower Honey, this light wildflower honey is milder in flavor than its more robust sibling. The pollen for this honey comes from the lighter flowers of Box Elder County, Utah, which produces the lighter color and flavor. While is it lighter than many other wildflower honeys, it is still darker and more robust than clover honey. The hives are located on an organic farm in Box Elder County, Utah. We carefully bottle this honey to ensure the natural pollen and unfiltered flavor remain.

About Orange Blossom Honey

Our American Orange Blossom honey is celebrated for its delightful, citrusy flavor with subtle floral undertones.
