1 Gallon (4 quarts) Clover Blossom Honey - Glass Jars

This honey has been packaged in (4) 1-quart glass jars containing at least 3 lbs. of honey each, for 12 lbs total. Each jar is weighed to ensure that you get everything that you pay for and usually a little more.  

Our Honey Characteristics:

Unfiltered - Retains some beeswax and pollen - commercial packers typically filter their honey to create a clear visually appealing product. (read about the benefits of raw honey here)

Unprocessed - Never warmed over 118°F.  Commercial packers typically cook their honey at 140 - 160 degrees to deter crystallization.

Packed in Glass Jars - The preferred storage method for honey that will not compromise the quality of the honey. Glass allows for safe storage as well as easier reversal of crystallization. Less economical than plastic, but a safer long-term storage option.

Also available in a BPA-free plastic bucket - to preserve quality and taste and to make shipping more economical.  If storing for long periods of time we encourage you to transfer to glass jars.  However, if you are using within a few months this is an affordable and efficient way to enjoy high quality honey. 

Also available in a pourable jug - for easier pouring and day-to-day use. If storing for long periods of time we encourage you to transfer to glass jars.

Weight: 1 gallon honey weight is 12 pounds or 5.44 kg.  Honey is sold by weight instead of volume.
