Peach, Prosciutto, Mozzarella and Honey Skewers

INGREDIENTS 

2 Large fresh peaches, each pitted and cut into 6 wedges 

6 Thin slices of prosciutto, cut in half 

12 Mozzarella balls, cherry-sized 

12 Fresh basil leaves 

2-3 Tbsp. Honey 

INSTRUCTIONS 

  1.  Prep your peaches by cutting them in half and removing the pit.  Cut each half into three wedges for a total of 12 wedges. 

  1. Cut each slice of prosciutto in half - length wise.  You’ll create 12 thin slices of prosciutto. Separate the 12 individual basil leaves from the plant.  Drain the mozzarella balls in a strainer. 

  1. Wrap each peach slice with a strip of prosciutto.  Top with a basil leaf and a mozzarella ball.  Skewer everything together. 

  1. Place on a serving tray and drizzle with the honey.  Serve and enjoy.
