You will need:
- 3 c unsalted whole roasted mixed nuts
- 1/4 c honey from The Honey Jar
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil or butter
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp salt (divided)
- 1 tsp coarse sugar
Instructions:
In a large bowl, confine nuts and seeds.
In a microwave safe glass measuring cup, combine honey, coconut oil, cayenne pepper, and 1/2 of the salt.

Microwave until honey & oil mixture is warmed, about 40 seconds. Mix together until smooth.
Pour the warmed honey mixture over the nuts and seeds. Stir together until well coated.
Dump mixture onto parchment-lined baking sheet, spreading into an even layer.

Bake 10 minutes at 352°F, remove from oven, stir, and place back in oven for 10 more minutes.
Remove from oven, sprinkle 1/2 tsp salt and coarse sugar immediately.
Let cool on baking sheet about 30 minutes. Enjoy!!
