This is a recipe you won't want to miss! These meatballs are oh-so-delicious and make the perfect main dish or appetizer.

YOU WILL NEED:
For the Meatballs
- 2 lbs ground chicken
- 2 Tbsp minced ginger (jar or fresh)
- 2 Tbsp minced shallots
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic (jar or fresh)
- 2 Tbsp chives (dried or fresh)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp white pepper
For the Glaze
- 2/3 cup clover blossom honey
- 2 Tbsp minced ginger (jar of fresh)
- 4 Tbsp minced garlic (jar or fresh)
- 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 4 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- zest of one lemon: approx 1 Tbsp
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp corn starch
- 2 tsp water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients together until thoroughly mixed
- Use a 1 ounce scoop to form meatballs. You should get approximately 30 meatballs
- Heat a 12 inch ovenproof fry pan on the stove with 2 Tbsp oil
- Place meatballs into fry pan. Brown on each side for about 8-10 minutes total
- Place fry pan full of browned meatballs into preheated oven to finish cooking through- about 15 minutes
- While meatballs are in the oven, make the glaze

- Combine all glaze ingredients except cornstarch and water together in sauce pan on med heat
- Bring to boil, cook about 3 minutes
- Separately, combine cornstarch & water together to make a slurry
- Add cornstarch mixture to pan, stirring with a whisk
- Cook one or two minutes until glaze thickens
