
You will need:
Dry Ingredients:
- 3 c oats
- 1 c slivered almonds
- 1/2 c pumpkin seeds
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients:
- 1/2 c honey from The Honey Jar
- 1/2 c almond butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
Dried Fruit Add-In:
- 1/2 c craisins
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine dry ingredients into a food processor. Pulse 5 times, until coarsely chopped.
In a heat-safe 2 cup measuring cup, microwave wet ingredients 30-45 seconds, or until melted. Stir together until smooth.
Pour wet ingredients over the dry ingredients.

Pulse approximately 8 times, until incorporated. Dump granola onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spreading granola out evenly.
Bake 10 minutes, then remove from oven and mix in the craisins. Put back in oven to bake for 10 minutes, until golden.

Let cool 30-40 minutes. Granola will get crunchier as it cools.
Store in an airtight container.
