Honey Oat Granola Recipe

Today's recipe is a healthy, delicious snack with the perfect balance of sweet and savory. This granola is full of flavor and satisfying crunch. You're gonna love it!

You will need:

Dry Ingredients:

  • 3 c oats
  • 1 c slivered almonds
  • 1/2 c pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Wet Ingredients:

Dried Fruit Add-In:

  • 1/2 c craisins
 

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine dry ingredients into a food processor. Pulse 5 times, until coarsely chopped.

In a heat-safe 2 cup measuring cup, microwave wet ingredients 30-45 seconds, or until melted. Stir together until smooth. 

Pour wet ingredients over the dry ingredients.

Pulse approximately 8 times, until incorporated. Dump granola onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, spreading granola out evenly. 

Bake 10 minutes, then remove from oven and mix in the craisins. Put back in oven to bake for 10 minutes, until golden.

Let cool 30-40 minutes. Granola will get crunchier as it cools.

Store in an airtight container.
