I bought the sticks for my 98-year old mom. She loves daily tea with honey! I didn’t know you had to break them open with your teeth. That won’t work for her. So as I opened the bag, the zip tore off, making it impossible or to zip it back up. I wanted to keep them sanitary since you have to break with teeth (me when I visit her) and/or put them in tea like my mom will do. I thought the honey would come out as she was stirring, but we had to squeeze it out. The honey IN THE sticks taste great. Can you send me a new bag to keep them in? Thank you for your consideration.
