Frequently Asked Questions - Honey Favors
When should I place my order?
You can order anytime if you’d like to check it off your list early. To keep your honey looking its best, we recommend holding shipping on orders placed more than 2 months in advance to help prevent natural crystallization before your event.
If you order more than 2 months ahead, you’ll be able to choose to:
- Ship right away, or
- Hold shipping until about 3 to 4 weeks before your event.
How quickly can I receive the honey favors?
We require 14 days from the time you place your order to delivery. Please plan accordingly so your favors arrive right on time.
Do you offer personalized labels?
Yes. Many of our 2 oz jars and bears include custom printed labels. You’ll personalize and approve your design during checkout. We don’t edit design files, so please proof your design carefully before completing your order.
How do I see my personalization in the cart? The photo doesn’t match.
The cart image is our main product photo and won’t display your custom label. Your personalization details are listed with the product in your cart.
How much is shipping?
Free standard shipping is included on orders of $45+. Orders under $45 ship for $4.99. Expedited options are available at checkout; pricing and timing are based on your ZIP code.
Do you offer a quantity discount?
Our pricing already reflects quantity savings. We ship in sets of 10 to keep your favors secure and shipping efficient, helping us offer the best price and the best delivery experience.
Do you assemble the jars? Can I pay for assembly?
We don’t ship jars pre-assembled. Shipping decorated jars increases the risk of damage and adds packing cost. By sending components as a kit, we keep everything safe, affordable, and ready for you to assemble on your schedule.
Our primary goal is to make sure your components arrive safely, efficiently, and affordably.
What type of honey is in the jars?
All favors are filled with pure American Clover Honey from beekeepers in the Intermountain West: Montana, South Dakota, North Dakota, Wyoming, Idaho, and Utah.
Do you offer other honey varieties in the favors?
For favors, we focus on clover honey to keep quality consistent and pricing affordable for your event.
