Peanut Butter and Honey Cookie Recipe

We've got a yummy new cookie recipe for you! It's soft, crumbly, and absolutely delicious! This one doesn't use any flour, so it's a great option for those who have gluten allergies or sensitivities.

 

Ingredients You'll Need:

  • 1-1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup The Honey Jar honey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 c chocolate chip cookies (optional)

Instructions:

Preheat over to 350° F.

Spray baking sheet with cooking spray or line with parchment.

In a mixing bowl, mix together all ingredients until incorporated.

Scoop out dough with a 1 oz scoop or Tablespoon onto baking sheet, leaving a 1" space between each cookie to spread while baking.

Use a fork to press a cross hatch pattern to flatten.  

Bake for 10-12 minutes until cookies have spread. They will have cracked tops and be very soft while still hot. Cool completely before enjoying.
